Mechanical Design Engineer for Agricultural System

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Design Engineer for Agricultural System to join our team in our new brand offices in Ecublens – Lausanne Area.

YOUR MISSION

• Imagine innovative concepts and bring them to all the way to the product stage for a sustainable and eco-friendly future


• 3D CAD design from simple parts to complex, multi-part assemblies


• Close relation with R&D department to achieve technology integration


• Work with suppliers to optimize parts for production


• Assessment of components in pilot-level and mass-production


• Define material and component specifications and locate suppliers


• Support pilot production builds

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering


• Hands-on experience in 3D CAD design processes


• Experience in structural stability simulations is desirable


• Work experience with molding processes is desirable


• Excellent out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving


• Demonstrated strength in material selection


• Ability to take ownership of tasks and problems and provide solutions


• Excellent problem solving and communication skills


• Proficient level in English
