With historical business models and operating models being challenged - it has forced organizations to rethink strategic priorities and create new business models. We see a need for these organizations to quickly pivot and learn new ways of working, accelerate innovative digitalization/automation opportunities with extreme focus on human-centric design – to capture new market opportunities & transform their operating models


 


The ideal candidate will understand how Digital Technology transforms the experiences of customers, employees, and suppliers and fully appreciate the transformation journey necessary across the IT and business landscape. He or she will be passionate and driven to guide our clients through that journey and help them to accelerate and simplify through the products and services we create. They will be confident and comfortable with persuading our clients of the benefits of this approach, convert opportunities, and leading execution activities. They will balance technical content with commercial acumen, in order to shape and sell & deliver complex digital transformation program 


 


 


Responsibilities  



  • Driving practice growth, ensuring successful delivery, and practice/talent development

  • Shape and sell complex digital and technology-based transformation programs that deliver business value 

  • Lead consulting teams, overall accountability for people and their growth and career 

  • Develop go-to-market offerings, working in collaboration with existing in-geo and global teams 

  • Employ sophisticated communication skills, both bottom-up and top-down, with the ability to work with CXOs as peers in a digital world, as well as agile based delivery teams 

  • Appreciate and understand the bidirectional influences and dependencies between business and technology, its impact on the assets & services and accordingly position our offerings

  • Lead regional business development for the Digital Transformation practice, driving to market our portfolio of products and services 

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy, in conjunction with global practice leadership, and aligning with core messaging, new solution deployments, and market analysis 

  • Translate CX, EX and Digital trends and concepts into relevant value propositions and go-to-market strategies 

  • Build trusted ‘Digital’ advisory relationships with C-suite stakeholders, to enable the sale and delivery of our Digital Transformation products and services 

  • Build robust internal relationships with client and industry focused teams, in order to best align and position our portfolio of products and services, and to deliver our go-to-market objectives  

  • Work with local and global leadership to ensure adequate visibility of pipeline, and appropriate forecasting and planning of delivery resources  

  • Develop and leverage Digital Transformation thought leadership, in conjunction and alignment with global practice leadership, to engage and influence local and regional networks of clients, partners, and analysts
