The role can be located in our Swiss or Austrian Office
Supporting the Product Forecasting process together with the commercial team, by assessing historic data, markets, promotional activities and turn the information into valuable demand and financial numbers for Austria and Switzerland
Assessing and providing insightful Customer Analytics, which includes direct channel activities, as well as indirect activities
Reviewing and assessing success factors within various distribution channels (rebate and allowances, returns, etc.)
Analyze and interpret primary and secondary data (IQVIA, Direct Sales)
Close collaboration with the Commercial team, which includes education and support to target right customers
Supporting the Commercial Analysis (Gross to Net Sales) and assess the success factors.
Supporting Field Force in targeting the right customers
Pro-actively improve existing processes and tools
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration with focus on analytics, math or equivalent
3 years of experience in Financial-, Business- or Market Analysis ideally in a regulated industry (Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical industry preferred)
Business partnership experience with Senior Management in a multi-cultural environment
Strong commercial business process, data, and technology knowledge
Knowledge in CRM solutions (Veeva, SalesForce.com), BI / Analytical tools (QlikView), IQ / MIC Pharma, SAP
Experience transitioning finance activities to shared services
Very good English and German both in written and oral, French would be a plus
