In Store Capabilities Manager Europe


At Sonova Audiological Care we are transforming the hearing care industry by expanding the digital offer for our customers. You have the opportunity to contribute to this revolution by joining the Commercial Excellence corporate function, which is located across different countries. This specific position will be based in one of our locations in Europe, for example Rotterdam or Steinhausen (Switzerland).


 


As a Commercial Excellence Team we will establish a Commercial Excellence Centre to drive in-store process standardization, performance management and continuous improvements across Group Companies (GC’s) in order to help them win market share. We will work together with the local markets in the design & development phase in order to prove the concepts before we deploy and operate them across all markets.


 


As the In Store Capabilities Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the deployment and follow-up of one of the department’s strategic initiatives: to standardize the sales process (BLINK) across all countries in the Audiological Care business unit in Europe. To achieve success, you will be partnering with the local leadership teams and the subject matter expert in the Commercial Excellence department. 


 


Your tasks


 


•    Adapt BLINK materials and approach to local needs
•    Train the trainer on all BLINK workstreams
•    Train and coach sales developer roles (coaches, managers, etc.)
•    Measure and support the follow-up of the sales process deployment per country
•    Single point of contact for the countries in scope, fostering knowledge and experience sharing across the group companies


 


Your profile


 


•    Relevant academic background 
•    Project management, performance improvement, process optimization, sales, or related disciplines
•    Experience in medical care industry is an advantage
•    Experience partnering with senior sales leadership to hit revenue goals
•    Strong facilitation, workshop leading and presentation skills
