As a Global Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating global marketing initiatives to drive business growth including strategy, innovation (strategy & projects), consumer connections, CEJ strategies, insight development & deployment, brand assets, pricing strategy, value chain/COG’s management, expansion strategy, retail facing category vision and transferring best practices and exceptional market engagement.



  • Delivery of robust innovation pipeline



-  Through the creation and execution of globally deployable, differentiated product, service and channel propositions with attractive structural financials.



  • Outstanding consumer and digital connections



-   Excellent partnership with agencies to develop stand-out creative ideas and business-building consumer and shopper connections


-   Ensuring that there is an integrated consumer, shopper and expert mix that works across the CEJ


-   Partnering with content team to develop hero content for digital campaigns



  • Excellent, influencing relationships with regional / LOC marketing and cross-functional teams to maximise consumer understanding, drive the programme and address business opportunities

-   Strong ability to develop new product concepts derived from consumer insights and data, coupled with proven delivery of flawless global launches
 


-   Delivered successful consumer connections at a global level
 


-   Experience in developing integrated digital campaigns with strong results
 


-   Demonstrated ability to create and implement consistent brand assets across markets and through all consumer touch points
 


-   Demonstrated the ability to harness the shopper-consumer-expert relationship


-   Understanding of media and the digital space



  • Productive relationships with Regional / local marketing teams / agency partners / multifunctional resources




  • Demonstrated the ability to lead complex projects with successful outcomes, within a matrix organisation




  • Experience in budget management, pricing and COGs strategy development.




  • Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 10+ years of Global marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Fluency in Russian is an asset
