We are looking for talented IT System Administrator to join this endeavor and become a member of our global team to support end users and client devices domestically and internationally, including remote support for non-office based customers. You will collaborate in IT projects both local and enterprise wide.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day hands on administration, troubleshooting and incident resolution duties using ITIL best practices


• 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level Support for the local infrastructure and end user devices.


• Keep IT Infrastructure up-to-date and manage contracts with local vendors and business partners.


• Software and Hardware asset management.


• Maintaining and managing the Virtual and Physical Server environment.


• Contribute to assigned projects. Attend conference calls and meetings with project team members from around the world, carry out assigned project tasks according to project schedule


• Maintaining relationships with third party providers and monitors Service Level Agreements

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or equivalent desirable MCSE or above desirable


• Experience as System Administrator


• Sound knowledge of and professional technical experience with Intel based Servers and PC/Laptops. Windows Server 2012-2019 Windows 7/10, VMware, Storage, Networking (Routers and Switches)


• Sound understanding of customers and their requirements


• Be able to diagnose, analyze and solve complex problems and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills


• Must be able to complete small to moderate projects with minimal supervision 


• Team player


• Fluency in German and English
