We are currently looking for Software Development Engineer to join our R&D team in Dätwill, Switzerland. As a member of the Image Acquisition Department, you will be working on the development of the x-ray imaging systems for our radiation therapy linear accelerators. At our R&D site in Baden with more than 250 employees we specialize in the development of imaging software and hardware for cancer treatment.
Core Responsibilities
Technical lead of software projects.
Development of embedded real-time software for x-ray imaging on C++ and VxWorks.
Integration of hardware modules for image acquisition and processing.
Integration of x-ray imaging into medical products.
Development of application software in C# for service and research purposes.
Development of automated test software.
In-house integration testing of image acquisition systems on real linear accelerators.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in C++ development.
Experience in real-time operating systems (e.g. VxWorks) and C#/.net considered a plus.
Knowledge in electronics is a plus.
Fluency in English language. Fluent German skills would be a plus.
Forward thinking, structured way of working with an ability to get things done.
Graduate of an Engineering degree of a technical institute or university with experience in software development.
