Working at NTT

• Understanding of the Swiss SDWAN market and main vendors and competitors resp. contribution to the development of Swiss SDWAN portfolio, aligned with global NTT strategy and Swiss GTM


• Support of the sales team to pitch, position and sell our SDWAN product and services portfolio. Actively engaing with sales team to identify and develop SDWAN opportunities


• Responsible for design of best-practice architecture of the individual SDWAN solutions based on client needs. Preparation of the proposals and presenting them to the clients


• Participation and/or lead in the analysis, scope of work determination and pricing models for RFP/RFI’s in a commercially competitive manner whilst managing risk


• Acting as trusted advisor with our customers for auditing, consulting and pre-sales tasks


• Conduct workshops with customers to get a common understanding in customer needs and possible solutions


• Perform presentations, demos and Proof of Value to customers about possible SDWAN solutions and available products / functionalities


• Act as the interface between the customer and the NTT factory deploying the SDWAN Managed Services


• Establishing positive relationships with the client key stakeholders and engaging with them on a regular basis


• Actively participate to  customer events in cooperation with our Marketing team


• Close collaboration with vendors and GTM team

What will make you a good fit for the role?

• Advanced Degree in Engineering / Information Technology


• 5+ years experience in engineering / designing of the network Infrastructures with WAN, SDWAN, , Network Optimisation and/or Application Delivery


• An asset: Wireless, LAN and Security


• 3+ years experience with design, calculation and positioning of solutions and services (ideally in infrastructure and SDWAN area)


• Strong presales business-oriented skills in order to support autonomously sales organisation


• Consulting capabilities in the area of SDWAN and/or applications


• Competencies (certifications as a plus) in some of following technologies: SDWAN (Viptela, Meraki, Silverpeak), Cisco LAN (Cisco Cat9k + DNAC), Wireless (Cisco, Meraki) etc.


• Active behavior and positive personality able to excite the clients


• Ability to manage assigned work processes, urgent and complex tasks simultaneously in high-pressure situations


• Good presentation skills and ability to think outside the box


• Strong team player


• Interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive working relationships


• Fluent in English and German, French language is a plus
