In order to complete our Project Management Office, we are looking for a Project Manager dedicated to Material Sciences Research & Innovation

A day in the life of Project Manager in Material Sciences Research & Innovation


 



  • Lead complex large-scale Innovation projects with an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for Innovation and the courage to engage with stakeholders, clients and decision makers. You will plan and lead projects and synchronize cross-functional & multidisciplinary teams embracing details and ambiguity while keeping a helicopter view to simplify complexity and to strive for quick management decisions.

  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization: you will ensure that all relevant stakeholders are continuously apprised of project status, risks, issues and action plans. 

  • Create alternative scenarii to continuously strive for project performance in terms of speed, impact and budget
     


What will make you successful


 



  • At least 5 years’ experience project management, including management of large-scale projects across functional & multidisciplinary teams with high business impact

  • PhD., M.Sc. in Food technology and Material Sciences 

  • Integrate Consumer, Customer and Business Opportunity thinking into the project 

  • Work experience in several Innovation related functions/domains  

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Possess courage, demonstrate resilience, agility and ability to solve problems

  • Experience in successful management of external collaboration & partnerships

  • Excellent level of English 

  • PMP, ITIL, COBIT certifications
