As SAP FI / CO Consultant, you will be responsible for all system related topics in SAP FI/CO, partnering with our Controlling and Finance colleagues to implement lean and efficient processes in the Division Turbocharging.

Reporting to the Finance & Business Intelligence Manager, you will be part of a team applying strong Information Systems application technology knowledge and expertise. In your role you will be leading the FI/CO stream in the project to implement and roll out the global service template based on S/4 public cloud. Also, you will be responsible to build and maintain the finance and controlling solutions in the ERP for our headquarter in Switzerland. Your responsibilities

• Covering all Finance and Controlling related topics in the template design, implementation and roll out of the global S/4 service template


• Ensuring a smooth transition of Finance of the headquarter ERP as part of the carve out – potentially with a central finance client


• Building up best practice Finance tool set surrounding the ERP – incl. invoice scanning, approval workflow, payment, etc.


• Supporting the alignment of projects and changes with our divisional IS strategy and project governance rules


• Ensuring high quality of data in close cooperation with power users and end users to optimize value for business


• Assisting in testing, documentation, and end user training


• Utilizing your knowledge of Information Systems application technology and business requirements to guide colleagues and business users in implementation and operation


• Proactively securing the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of Information Systems solutions/services


• Assisting in the installation of new Information Systems solutions/services, or improvements to existing Information Systems solutions/services


• Delivering the appropriate IS solution/service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, in budget and at quality


• Providing leadership to temporary work teams and externals, guiding and monitoring task completion, disseminating expert knowledge and advice

Your background

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in SAP FI/CO


• Experiences in IT carve-out projects, service-design, implementation of SAP FI/CO systems


• SAP S/4HANA experience or trainings are an advantage


• The ability to manage multiple demands on time, working with cross-functional, virtual, and international teams


• A collaborative, solutions, and customer service-oriented approach


• A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and hands-on mentality


• A background in economics, business informatics or similar field


• Fluency in English, German is an asset
