IT Senior Manager Employee Experience

Volketswil, Zurich, CH, 8604

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time Description: 

In this role, you will be responsible to define, implement & manage the technology strategy & products for employee experience business processes.


 


 


Your Responsibilities:


 



  • Partnering with HR stakeholders globally and in the regions/affiliates to define the strategy and organisation needed to achieve the ambitions defined in the roadmap 2025 for the people living our vision & culture pillar

  • Develop specific technology strategies associated with driving value for global HRIS & data, employee engagement & development and global talent acquisition & attraction

  • Build and implement the business case for organisation and technology investments driving business value in their scope

  • Execute/bring to life as a joint team

  • Define an IT architecture / ecosystem enabling efficient and effective implementation of current and future needs of employee experience

  • Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits

  • Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage.


 


Manage the employee experience team:


 



  • Set objectives, organization, and development plans

  • Provide guidance & coaching to the employee experience team.


 


Collaborate across the IT organisation to ensure end to end value is achieved:


 



  • Support the implementation of the new IT operating model & transformation 

  • Own x-functional IT & change programs as required

  • Be the voice of the employee across other IT streams.


 


Your Profile:


 



  • 10+ years in IT management

  • Emphasis on experience in HR, employee digitisation, communication & collaboration processes

  • Core skills: business partnering, strategy definition & business analysis, change management, process & measurement driven, successfactors, O365/teams.
