The Client Service Executive  works with the Sales team covering Switzerland and Monaco Markets to support them in their client facing activities. In this role you may analyze client and market data, create presentation material and facilitate interactions with new and existing clients to allow the Sales team to make efficient use of sales opportunities. You are involved in liaising and support the client in account related activities through your strong understanding of the roles, responsibilities and processes that are pertinent to the client’s interaction with the Bank. In addition, Client Service Executive works to ensure adherence to applicable internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks. You have ongoing relationships with Sales Coverage teams and working relationships with origination, trading, client services, operations staff – if applicable and to the degree that is commensurate with the business area - to both gather information and direct client enquiries the most appropriate point to effectively resolve issues.


Your key responsibilities:



  • Maintain close contact with clients in conjunction with their assigned Client Advisor (CA)

  • Manage the process of opening accounts by ensuring that proper documentation has been obtained from clients or prospective clients

  • Manage the resolution of all client enquiries through effective interaction with clients, CAs, Central Support functions, Booking Centers and staff in other locations in a timely and professional manner. Assist clients with all account related inquiries such as account balances, account activity and statements

  • Assist CAs in preparing meetings and if required, in preparing pitches, investment proposals, presentations and tailored made reports for client meetings

  • When required, attend client meetings and provide comprehensive overview of the client on-boarding process and if needed explain the role of the Client Service Executive

  • Ensure all client related material is stored appropriately and correctly in line with internal and regulatory procedures. Obtain missing or deficient documentation

  • Support CAs to perform KYC (Know Your Client) reviews within the deadline and proactively escalate issues when appropriate


Your skills & Experience



  • Commercial apprenticeship or similar (any additional education is favourable)

  • Plus 5 years of work experience in Private Banking or Account Management

  • Good knowledge of Private Banking and Wealth Planning products

  • Understanding of execution and back office processes as well as the legal & compliance procedures

  • Proficient in standard office applications

  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken (advanced level)

  • Knowledge of the Emerging Markets and different cultural backgrounds

  • Customer focus and good interpersonal and communication skills

  • High self-motivation, positive and can do attitude

  • Ability to set priorities and work under pressure

  • Good and fast learning ability

  • Solution oriented and willing to go the extra mile
