With an eye to the future we are looking for a

Quality Manager (M/W/D)

Your Tasks:

• Lead the quality department with their 4 dedicated teams which are covering all the quality management topics, with the standard leading responsibilities


• He leads the organization in the development, implementaion and continuous improvement of a Quality Management System tailored to the business needs and build up a strong base setup for the future


• With an hands-on approach, tackle with his team the quality issues and sort them out, while implementing a long-term strategy


• Mastering all the Quality topics, assess the risks and manage priorities, according to the business plans


• Ineract with peers in the other sites to handle or/and improve issues and processes


• You are able to generate powerful and pleasunt team spirit

Your Profile:

• Engineering degree


• Deep knowledge, working experience and expertise of ISO 13845 and ISO 9001


• At least 5 years of experience as Quality Manager (ISO 13485 and ISO 9001) in the medical device manufacturing environment, highly beneficial previous experience with injection moulding


• Experience in quality control and management of NCR


• Fluent in English and German


• Good knowledge of MDD and EU MDR (US FDA QSR would be beneficial)


• Strong knowlegde and working experience of the main quality processes: Quality Control/acceptance activities, Complaint Managament, 8D report (ISO 9001), CAPA, Management of non-conforming products, audits…. 


• Highly beneficial any previous exposure to Regulatory Affairs tasks in the medical device industry
