What you can expect – enriching experiences that will last a lifetime

• As a project lead you manage innovation and/or transformation projects and are responsible together with the team of skilled colleagues (e.g. UX/UI designers, software developers, product managers, performance marketing specialists etc.) for the overall project success, both for the client and etventure.

• You build a good understanding of your customers and their ecosystem to identify and implement digital solutions and business models. This includes the needs analysis, agile development and validation of business ideas according to Design Thinking and Lean Startup.

• You independently set up the right project structures, define the project approach and comprehensively drive the development of customer-specific solutions forward whilst leading an internal cross-functional team and the client.

• You are the main contact person for the customer team and ensure that the customer team is firmly anchored in the project, interacting directly and intensively with the customer.

• By providing support to the partner/principal, you take on a sustainable role in the acquisition of new customers and building out long term client relationships.

• You develop leadership skills, both in managing the client and the project team.

• You prepare and facilitate independently sophisticated innovation and strategy workshops based on Design Thinking with a C-level audience - both on-site and remote.

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a recognized consulting company, ideally in leading digital, strategy and/or innovation projects. Startup/Scaleup or corporate innovation experience is an advantage.

• Degree in innovation, business informatics, economics, (industrial) engineering, business administration with technical background or similar.

• Hands-on experience in leading projects focussing on implementation of (digital) innovation projects according to agile methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup, and are able to manage two projects simultaneously.

• A customer-centric mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders across industries.

• You are able to recognise the different team profiles and weld them together into a strong project team according to their competences and personalities.

• You actively promote the individual competences of the team members and support them in building up their own expertise.

• As a Swiss international company, we require fluent German and English as well as understanding of Swiss German.
