Working at NTT
Support of the NTT sales team and clients to pitch, position, design and sell NTT services portfolio (from break & fix, support up to managed services)
Translating of NTT services into client business outcomes
Design of the individual services based on client needs, preparation of the services proposals and presenting them to the clients incl. development of transition plans
Participation and/or lead in the analysis, scope of work determination and services pricing models of RFP/RFI’s in a commercially competitive manner whilst managing risk
Work closely with Transition and Deployment team to implement the correct process for each account transition
Supporting and maintaining of the existing NTT’s services clients. Establishing positive relationships with the client key (services) stakeholders and engaging with them on a regular basis
Work with the Vendor Management / GTM team to identify new or existing vendors to deliver all or part of the service solution
Understanding of the Swiss services market and main competitors resp. contribution to the development of NTT’s services portfolio. Selection of optimal services solutions to meet ongoing client needs within the NTT offering or to build a specific value proposition for the client
Acting as an interface with the regional & global product owners
What will make you a good fit for the role?
7+ years experience in three or more IT solution disciplines including technical architecture, IS/IT consulting, network management, application development
3+ years experience with design, calculation and positioning of services
Certified on and/or expertise working with multiple, diverse technologies, services and processing environments
Master’s degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
Strong presales business-oriented skills in order to support autonomously sales organisation
Consulting capabilities in the IS/IT services area
Knowledge and understanding of ICT services market in Switzerland
Understanding of the technologies such as networking, collaboration and security (additional plus)
Proven ability to support Agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks
Experience working in and/or managing advisory councils, industry user groups, and key technology partners (vendors, Account Managers, Product Managers, Lab advocates and Executives).
Experience with Cisco/Meraki technologies
Excellent understanding of application development methodologies & architectural modelling.
Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into services architecture requirements.
Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations
Strong experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization in English & German. French language is a plus
