Principal Consultant (f/m/d) - OT/IoT Security

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview:


The Principal Security Consultant for OT/IoT is responsible for assisting NTT clients with reviewing, developing, implementing, and sustaining business aligned cybersecurity strategies, programs, solutions, and practices covering the areas of Operational Technology (OT) and industrial focused Internet of Things (IoT). This position can be based anywhere in Switzerland; fluent German and English language skills are mandatory though.


 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Consult with NTT clients on how best to develop and execute business aligned cybersecurity strategies

  • Scope and deliver best-in-class cybersecurity consulting services

  • Provide support for business development and sales efforts for the OT/IoT practices

  • Contribute to the ongoing service offer development and improvement efforts of portfolio

  • Participate in a leadership role within the Community of Practice

  • Provide industry thought leadership via articles, postings, white papers, etc.

  • Provide team mentorship around areas of expertise


 



Experience, Skills and Qualifications:



  • Several years OT/IoT/ICS industry specific expertise working in architecture, design, security

  • Extensive cybersecurity background with working experience across at least 6 of the (ISC)2 defined domains with deep expertise across a minimum of 2 domain areas

  • Developing and reviewing cybersecurity strategies to support business aligned risk mitigation programs

  • Selection of industry standard risk and control frameworks meeting client strategies and business requirements

  • Fluent German and English language skills

  • Selecting appropriate controls and counter measures in support of cybersecurity risk mitigation

  • Use common desktop productivity, custom, commercial, and architecture modelling tools in support of efforts

  • Ability to handle the lifecycle of a client engagement from sales to delivery completion

  • Reviewing, developing, and implementing detailed security architecture, high-level and low-level designs, business, and risk modelling

  • Understanding of Consulting-Led sales and delivery methodologies

  • Cybersecurity risk management

  • Industry standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST SP800-82, ISA/IEC 62443 and related

  • Certifications like NOZOMI and/or CLAROTY would be a bonus

  • Security architecture review and model development
