IT Helpdesk Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• You provide exceptional 1 and 2 Level IT Helpdesk support to your colleagues, including user support and computer setup (Mac and Windows)


• Customer Support/ Customer Success experience. Able to interact constructively, build relationships, sympathise and help end-users.


• You maintain our inventory and work on the forecast for our hardware .


• You manage permission in Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and create mailbox accounts. 


• You are responsible for the maintenance of IT control documentation.


• Be a people-person, nice personality, positive mindset.


• You manage software licenses.

Your skills:

• You have knowledge of MDM


• You have good experience in solving incidents: equipment, peripherals and their configuration (software, operating system, hardware and network


• You are also experienced in PC and Mac hardware


• You have knowledge of networking: setup and configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, APs, etc.


• You are fluent in German and English, written and verbally
