Responsible for generating a robust supply plan for new product introduction and ensuring the supply chain is ready for manufacturing & distribution. Key Supply chain business partner in the project core team monitoring
milestone progress against the plan and communicating achievements or deviations in core team meetings
Ensure that identified continuous improvement opportunities are embedded into stage-gate processes. Work closely with key business partners in Regulatory; Supply Chain; Commercial; ADPM to establish clear processes and deliverables.
Create the supply chain plan and have full responsibility for its successful implementation to ensure that the supply chain stagegate milestones are met to secure the on-time and quality launch of new products.
Reports milestones per stage gate in a consistent manner to meet the Launch objectives and metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or similar education required
APICS certification (or equivalent working experience) is an asset
Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt is an asset
Minimum 5 years working experience in a Supply Chain Planning role, Manufacturing coordination role, or NPI Project Management role with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry
People management experience and/or Cross Functional Project Management experience
Experience within an international and controlled environment is required
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills (excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to articulate recommendations and key decision points to senior management)
Demonstrated experience reducing complex subjects to key points. Ability to work in fast paced environments and great organizational skills to effectively balance a broad range of projects and tasks in parallel
Able to deal with high levels of ambiguity and complexity. Anticipates potential risks, develops corresponding contingency plans, and is capable of acting proactively in order to support strategic and/or complex decisions.
Exceptional team player (ability to direct and participate in cross functional and management teams). Ability to develop a strong network across the company.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills to attain buy-in from different stakeholders and decision makers
Project Management experience and ability to work in cross-functional teams

The Global Product Launch Leader is a member of the Commercial Supply Chain team and is responsible for the global launch strategy and execution of new products in global markets
Be part of the PO&T Asset Teams for the late stage clinical programs, working closely with the SC representative, New Product Development Planning Lead, to support strategic decisions.
The role develops detailed product market launch plans in alignment with Commercial and Asset Team launch strategy. (incl. lead time commitments, LCM strategy and deliverables)
The role coordinates Finished Goods launch activities through close collaboration with key stakeholders. Drives cross functional alignment and alignment on timeline commitments across Commercial, S&OP, Manufacturing, SC Planning, Logistics, GCC Hub, and Artwork Services.

Create solutions for new product / market requests that do not fit within established business processes (e.g. new pack cluster proposals, 3D matrix, country single sourcing requirements)
