Communication assistant for a 6-month internship



About us

OM Pharma is a global Geneva-based biopharmaceutical company. It is a leader in the prevention of recurrent respiratory and urinary tract infections, also active in the treatment of vascular diseases.



Under the scope of the Head of Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for :

• Ensuring continuous monitoring and management of communication platforms (corporate website, intranet and social networks)


• Providing support in the management of external and internal communication for OM Pharma at global and local level

In order to ensure these responsibilities, you will perform the following tasks :

Corporate communication

• Updating and content management (CMS) of external communication platforms (e.g. corporate website, LinkedIn, YouTube)


• Monitoring the audience of the different social networks


• Analyzing the monthly results of the corporate website and production of reports


• Creating trend reports for our social media platforms


• Supporting the web project manager for the launch of the new corporate website (preparation, deployment, maintenance)

Internal communication

• Writing different content in French and/or English (e.g. internal articles, blogs, presentations) 


• Providing support for the overall organization of on-site and digital events (distribution and overall logistics)


• Providing support for the launch of the company's new intranet site, followed by continuous updating and content management (CMS) (articles, newsletter)

The ideal candidate is a student in Communication, Marketing or Journalism in addition to the following :

• 0-3 years’ experience in corporate communication, in-house or in an agency


• Fluency in English (native language is preferred) and French (business). German speaking skills are appreciated


• Good communication skills


• Good knowledge of MS Office and Adobe suite


• A previous experience in an international environment is appreciated


• Interest for Pharmaceutical industries would be a benefit


• An internship agreement is mandatory
