Internship - Operations

You are responsible for supporting the delivery of business solutions and operational processes. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to translate requirements into functional deliverables. In addition, you will be engaged in the production environment in order to support clients business needs.

What You Will Do

• deliver operational processes and requirements in order to meet client demands  


• develop workflow and documentation to support our regulatory requirements 


• support real time / daily activities to deliver timely execution and settlement of digital transactions and provide ad-hoc support 


• participate in translating needs into requirements and engage in conceptual discussions with product owners, business architects, developers and other stakeholders 

• apply a structured approach to problem solving by using business analysis techniques and frameworks 


• engage in the culture of agile and continuous service improvement 

What You Bring

• ​​recently graduated or currently pursuing a degree and looking for an internship to gain hands-on experience 


• relevant experience in preparing requirements analysis/engineering  


• experience with agile operating methodologies  


• open and flexible approach to deepen the skills in business analysis and to quickly gain deep knowledge in digital market infrastructure 


• team player, who is able to work in a collaborative and supportive manner
