Marketing & Sales Assistant


Department: Marketing & Sales
Location: Dagmersellen, Switzerland
Role:  Permanent
 


For our Swiss Entity in Dagmersellen, We are looking for a full-time Marketing & Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to strengthen our Marketing & Sales department.


A well organized Assistant will join to support Management and the sales team in daily tasks. Multi-functional background (i.e. B.A. Economics / Commercial /Management). Selected incumbent will be involved in many key Business tasks.
 


Main areas of responsibility:


  



  • Prepare meeting documents, reports and business presentations autonomously

  • Coordinate business planning processes

  • Preparing & managing correspondence and communication flow to internal and external stakeholders

  • Organize internal and external meetings, events, workshops, conferences 

  • Manage purchase requests processes in SAP

  • Operational expense and budget controlling in alignment with the Finance department

  • Translate business information (English-German/ German-English) whenever requested

  • Support Marketing and Sales lead in administrative tasks (i.e. Organize travels, expenses reports, meeting requests, ordering office supply, etc.)  


 


You as a professional:


 



  • A successful graduation in a commercial oriented study program

  • Experience in a similar position, experience as an assistant is a plus

  • Always acting trustworthy and with a high level of integrity

  • Pro-actively striving for continuous improvements

  • Precise working approach with high demands in own work quality

  • Good planning and organizing skills, being able to identify and set priorities

  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Word, Excel and Power Point), skills in SAP are a plus

  • Fluent in English and German written and spoken, French is a plus
