Country Finance Manager for Switzerland

As the Country Finance Manager for Switzerland, you will provide financial leadership, guidance and collaboration to the country manager and business planning team to develop strategies and plans to grow the business and optimize financial results.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate the creation of semi-annual business plans and weekly financial forecasts covering volume, revenue and in-country expense


• Monitor activities and performance of Shared Service Centers (SSCs) whose responsibilities cover Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing and Collections


• Manage and develop a small team of Finance Specialists


• Take responsibility for the Switzerland Payroll department


• Review financial results and market trends with the Country Manager and BPT in in order to identify potential for optimization


• Report directly to the Country Manager and indirectly to the District Controller

What you’ll need:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field of study


• Professional experience in a finance leadership position


• Fluent in English and German and proficient in French


• Excellent knowledge of MS Office


• Good understanding of financial processes


• Attention to detail
