Job Description


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Galderma's Consumer Product Team.


A role that will see you taking ownership of rolling out of new products on a Global scale.


This really is a fantastic opportunity, a real chance to make the position your own as you are given the chance to help us develop our current processes to deliver a best in class service to our regional teams.


You will be given a good level of autonomy and ownership of this 360 role, from the initial request by the regional teams right through to ensuring the products hit the shelves on the agreed date.


 


Job Responsibilities


For Global Innovation available for roll-outs, lead Cross-Functional activities necessary to deliver successful NPI launches in all roll-out markets:-



  • Act as a Single Point of Contact on the status of the launch for all markets

  • Ensure flawless execution from Market launch request all the way to product delivery

  • Proactively manage risks related to the roll-outs and manage communication and alignment among stakeholders

  • Partner with key functions (Markets, Regulatory, Artwork, Regional & Global supply chain, etc.) to ensure on-time Demand visibility & Supply Planning

  • Act as the first point of contact for escalation and drive timely issue resolution and decision making


Act with a sense of urgency, cultivate a results oriented, entrepreneurial and a customer-focused culture within the team.


Collaborates with business and multi-functional partners, markets and other brand teams as needed.


Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with the the key functions to bring better tools and ways of working. Help Implement a seamless End-to-End launch process.


Minimum Requirements


 



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical, scientific or business field (e.g. engineering, supply chain or related field (Master's degree in business would be beneficial)

  • Proficiency in English

  • More than 7 years cumulative experience in FMCG environment of which at least 3 years of experience in project management, working directly with markets and supply chain functions.

  • Has demonstrated excellent communication skills at all levels within the organization

  • Has business acumen

  • Has worked in international and matrix-like Organizations

  • Has demonstrated the ability to analyze complex problems and drive issue resolution

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project tool
