To support our Tournaments & Events Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a solution-oriented and communicative person as a Senior Process Integration Manager.


 


Your duties


• Leading the product management, conceptualization and gathering of end-user requirements, system architecture and UX design for FIFA’s Event Platform Programme Ecosystem, and in particular the EP Core Module
• Working with the Business-side coordinator on ensuring user needs are captured and managing the process of translating these into features and capabilities to be built by the development teams
• Managing the overall EP Core Module relationships and governance among clients (principally the FIFA T&E World Cups team with the Business-side coordinator), IT, implementation partners and consultants, all while keeping the project aligned strategically within the broader frame of the FIFA Event Platform Programme Ecosystem
• Making proposals on functionality opportunities for the EP Core Module, be this through the bespoke build, integration of other Event Platform Programme Modules or COTS solutions
• Implementing said scope in line with end-user expectations
• Coordinating with IT Product Managers, developing teams and implementing contractors who deliver the assigned Modules
• Proactively identifying opportunities, for the approval of T&E Business Solutions, for improvement and enhancement and designing proposals for new processes, including build/buy recommendations.
• Working with UX resources on conceptualizing process maps, UX/UI concepts and designs
• Conducting meetings and presentations to propose integration enhancements and client experience improvements
• Maintaining a positive and results-focused relationship with colleagues across the organization and in particular the Event IT team
• Ensuring that improvements are accurately captured as business requirements by liaising closely with the Group Leader
• Any other tasks as mandated by the Head or Group Leader
• Producing analyses and reports as needed



Our requirements


• A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering or related field
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing user requirements, product management and system design
• Experience with bespoke development projects on Microsoft Azure
• MBA or Business Analysis degree
• Experience with client-centric design principles
• Experience with developing system architecture
• Knowledge of UX/UI design tools, system design and software development concepts
• FIGMA and Miro experience is a plus
• The ability to maintain effective horizontal relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, any other of the FIFA languages is an advantage (German, French or Spanish)
• Consultative approach
