To further strengthen our Private Equity department, we are looking for a Geneva based


Middle Office Private Equity - Investment Controller


You will be part of the Private Equity team and will be assisting the Senior Investment Controller.


Your mission



  • Perform the administrative follow-up of several Private Equity investment fund of funds

  • Handle, collect and check the subscription forms for new investments

  • Prepare and release capital call and distribution notices

  • Liaise with other departments of the bank, incl. Operations, Accounting and Investment

  • Prepare the quarterly valuation of the Private Equity investment fund of funds

  • Provide active support to the team

  • Participate in the development of the Private Equity IT system by entering data

  • Work in coordination with the Fund accountant to ensure the fundamentals (proper bookkeeping, treatment and integrity of data)

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for the Private Equity Investment managers

  • Perform the accounting and controlling for Private Equity products and mandates

  • Ensure monthly and quarterly financial reporting to internal and external clients according to valuation and reporting guidelines in compliance with Private Equity industry standards

  • Assist in internal and external audit requests


Desired Profile



  • Master degree, preferably in economics, finance or similar

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in controlling (ideally within a private equity or an audit organization)

  • Experience working with external clients and supporting internal clients

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) and good knowledge of French

  • Strong knowledge of Excel

  • Demonstrate precision and accuracy, detail-oriented with strong planning and organization skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Collaborative, team player
