EMEA Sales Application Specialist Liquid Handling with focus on Genomics and NGS


 


 


What you will do


In this highly commercial role you are responsible to drive the growth of our automated genomics portfolio in the assigned region.


 


Responsibilities will include



  • Consultation of customer projects to provide standard or customized solutions

  • Create excellence by guiding and supporting regional sales teams

  • Hands-on application development for co-development or proof customer creation

  • Execute sales development activities to grow business e.g. roadshows, product demonstrations, trainings

  • Analyze and identify market trends and derive regional growth plans

  • Contribute to the EMEA Sales Development Plan for genomics solutions in Life Sciences and Diagnostics


 


What you bring along



  • Master degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics or similar, additional business education is a clear plus

  • Solid working experience in NGS is a key requirement, programing and automation experience is highly desired

  • English business fluent, second western European language is a clear plus

  • Analytical and organized working style, team player with strong technical and good communication skills, commercial talent

  • Openness for other cultures, mentalities and travel up to 50% in Europe

  • Existing genomics network in industry or academia is a clear plus

  • Passion to make the difference!
