Deputy Nominated Person Crew Training (m/f/d)

Chair Airlines, founded in June 2019, connects Zurich with vacation destinations around the
Mediterranean. The young, owner-managed Swiss airline employs 140 people in the cabin, the
cockpit and the head office.
For our team at the head office in Glattbrugg we are looking for a
Deputy Nominated Person Crew Training (m/f/d) (fulltime)
Tasks and Responsibilities



  • Ensure that the training is provided in compliance with Part-FCL, Part-CC and Air OPS and
    any other external or internal requirements

  • Ensuring of adherence to Chair Airline AG Standards of Performance

  • Responsibility for the Operation Manuals Part D (OM-D)

  • Define the professional requirements for all aspects of training

  • Definition and establishment of training curricula for flight, cabin and ground personnel in
    cooperation with Nominated Person Crew Training, Nominated Person Flight Operations,
    Compliance Monitoring Manager and Safety Manager

  • Subordinated to the Nominated Person Crew Training and responsible for temporarily
    replacing the NPCT in case of absences


Requirements



  • Valid A320 Type Rating

  • Comprehensive knowledge of:
    o The applicable EU safety regulations and any associated requirements and procedures
    o The aviation relevant EU legislation as well as the national law
    o Crew training concepts
    o Management systems

  • High personal training standards and an above technical aircraft knowledge

  • Previous training experience as TRE or TRI on A320 family

  • Management experience in similar positions

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

  • High social competence, credibility and conflict ability

  • High sense of responsibility and trustworthiness

  • Sound knowledge of German and English language, both written and spoken


In addition, you bring the desirable characteristics below:



  • Being familiar with the aviation industry and commercial airline operations

  • Several years of experience and deep knowledge of aviation training philosophies

  • Open mindset and target oriented

  • Excellent communication skills
