As the Project Manager you manage the process- and system-improvements of and reporting for the entire Procurement organization in order to support effective achievement of the organization’s objectives. You apply the principals of Lean and Continuous Improvement in your tasks.

Manage process and system improvements in order to support the effective achievement of the organization’s objectives
Manage automation and digitalization projects
Create transparency in procurement processes and maintain an up-to-date landscape on procurement processes, work instructions, documents and templates
Manage supplier project ramp-up
Lead change-management projects in procurement organization
Define and implement metrics for supply chain and processes and manage the reports and the reporting from and for the department
Define, build, maintain and continuously improve objective measurements, metrics, KPIs and reports
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
Supply Chain / Purchasing education
Professional experience in technical environment, aviation sector preferred
Professional expertise in Procurement or Supply Chain
Sourcing and contracting experience
Interpersonal skills for Relationship Management and problem solving
Language skills: German Level B2, English C1
