To support our Commercial Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a detail oriented and highly organised person as an eCommerce and Retail Marketing Manager, 100%


 


Your duties


 



  • Account management of the FIFA eCommerce partners, contributing to the overall business strategy, managing all contractual elements of the partnership and providing input and recommendations to proactively drive sales and revenue across the channels

  • Work closely with the data and insights team to deliver and manage all key data and analytics reporting

  • In conjunction with the Licensing Managers, drive the FIFA licensees eCommerce product strategies and merchandise plans

  • Liaise with the content and digital marketing teams to coordinate product collection releases and promotions including creation of digital assets unique to the eCommerce store

  • Review and manage approval of all brand and marketing campaigns

  • Develop and support FIFA licensees retail marketing strategies across the EMEA and North America regions

  • Account management of FIFA’s global trading card collectibles partner

  • Identify and understand market trends and customer needs to translate them in to strategic actions aimed at driving brand visibility and revenue growth

  • Financial accountability for partner budgets, royalty reporting, and quarterly forecasting in conjunction with the FIFA commercial and finance teams

  • Develop long term, global football growth strategies in the eCommerce, collectibles and publishing sectors understanding retail, technology and territory market trends

  • Work across other functions of the licensing business as required


 


Our requirements


 



  • At least 5 years’ experience of relevant background in eCommerce, account management, retail buying, retail marketing, merchandising or licensing

  • Knowledge of eCommerce tools and platforms an advantage

  • Knowledge of the licensing business and practices an advantage

  • Knowledge of buying and merchandise planning an advantage

  • Proven ability to implement, analyse and improve processes, measure results and achieve financial goals

  • Fluent English, knowledge of any additional FIFA languages a plus (French, Spanish, German)

  • Strong analytical and financial skills along with proven negotiation skills

  • Ability to prioritise

  • Clear and concise communication skills
