As an Internal Communications Manager you will create and implement a holistic communication  and engagement strategy with a focus on CEO and Leadership Team as well as Events and Change Management  providing employees with a sense of purpose and belonging . In this role you will also reinforce a culture of dialogue and transparent communication approach within the organization encouraging an active employee engagement and work closely with the Internal Communications Specialist, our External Communications Team and HR.
 

A day in the life of an Internal Communications Manager

 



  • Lead the conception and production of a wide range of accurate and high-quality internal communications strategies, plans, materials, toolkit and guidance to be shared with key internal stakeholders and communication managers in the markets    

  • Act as a consultant for CEO and leadership communications, focusing on LinkedIn positioning and thought leadership, materials for CEO and FLT internal events and organization of events in alignment with the content calendar for the year

  • Provide communication coaching and support to organizational change activities ensuring relevancy and consistency of messages (e.g. change management projects, M&A etc.)   

  • Manage external and internal issues that may affect employees, anticipating, monitoring and ensuring senior management awareness 

  • Coordinate and coach local internal communication strategy and plans in consistency with the EMENA strategy

What will make you successful

 



  • University degree or equivalent

  • At least 8 years of experience in communications in a corporate/matrix organization

  • Strong redactional/editorial experience, ability to synthesize and prioritize

  • Experience in Digital communication, digital content creation and community management on social media is a plus

  • Project Management skills and experience in working with senior leadership on communications topics

  • Excellent language skills in English is a must; another language is a plus (French preferable)
