JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for
- Supporting the learning and development needs of the organization and representing the training process and organization within the assigned site.
- Managing employees training plans as per assigned activities
- Managing quality documentation trainings for any change
- Ensuring the traceability of training performed on site
- Deploying the Training Within Industry (TWI) methodology at a site level.
- Delivering quality training programs (Onboarding Programs, TWI…)
- Managing internal & external audits when training is concerned and provides administrative support to the Site Training organization.
- Reporting Metrics on training completion
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Administers and maintains the LMS and its use to deploy training programs, training history and training requirements across the company/sites.
· Verifies data entry and hard copy training records to ensure data is recorded and archived appropriately
· Responsible for preparing training reports and results as required by management
· Consult with management, employees, and departments to identify training needs, address them and achieve the end result of effective training solutions.
· Ensures in cooperation with management/supervisor that all assigned personnel have training/documents assigned in the learning Management System in order to carry out job duties and responsibilities.
· Manage TWI methodology deployment and perform assessment on shop floor to ensure training effectiveness
· Lead or support training projects within the training department or with any department of the company requiring training support and supporting company objectives or meeting regulations.
· Creates new training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts
· Coordinates class arrangements, facilities, and needed resources for training programs.
· Supports and represents the training process/department during audits/inspections.
· Presents/reports training metrics/indicators to monitor training effectiveness against needs of the business.
· Executes or support any quality events (Non-Conformance, CAPA, Audit Observations…)
· Performs any other task as required by Training Leader
· Maintain Quality 1st mentality within the organization
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS - KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
· 3 to 4 years working experiences in a training position or equivalent is required
· Expertise in quality systems tools (Learning Management System, PLM…)
· Ability to provide input to future developments in shop floor and quality system tools.
· Experience in delivering trainings in classroom
· Strong analytical skills that include trending and evaluation of data with the ability to identify potential process problems, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
· Ability to analyze data, drive root cause using analytical and/or statistical tools
· Excellent computer skills including experience with Word Processing and Database applications. MS Office and statistical software expertise is essential.
· Experience in Project Management is preferred
· Excellent report and presentation preparation skills utilizing MS office or similar tools
· Desire to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Training
· Organized self-starter and pro-active approach combined with excellent time-management skills
· Results oriented, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical personnel
· Strong team player with the ability to communicate at all levels, horizontally and vertically, throughout Jabil
