Commercial Executive / Negotiator

Shape commercial deals with Swiss Enterprise customers


 


Microsoft is going through a transformational change to become a cloud-first company delivering first in class technology and enabling our customers’ digital strategies. As a Commercial Executive you will be part of a dedicated and specialized team driving and shaping our commercial deals with the largest enterprises in Switzerland. In close collaboration with the account teams you will be responsible for definition and negotiation of the commercial terms. You will continually seek out growth opportunities and ensure on-time and quality deals with mutual value for both Microsoft and our customers.


Responsibilities



  • Accountable for the architecture of the commercial solution all up

  • Negotiate the commercial terms of the agreement

  • Work with internal stakeholders to secure necessary approvals (legal/commercial)

  • Work with external stakeholders such as Channel Partners to ensure best value for all parties involved

  • Closely manage the contract signature process and the processing to ensure on-time closure of deals

  • Trusted advisor to our customer's procurement department


Qualifications



  • Strong sales and negotiation professional with ability to engage at CxO level

  • Solid experience with driving and negotiating large and complex deal opportunities

  • Comfortable with speaking at all organizational levels

  • Able to explain and simplify complex solutions

  • Several years of experience with selling and relationship building within large enterprises

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder who understands the value of cross functional collaboration, and knows how to orchestrate a strong team including both technical and business stakeholders

  • In-depth and strategic understanding of Microsoft Licensing Programs will be essential to perfom in the role, but is not required at hiring

  • English/German

  • Ideally background in IT-Vendor Management, IT Procurement or legal
