Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time Description: 

The purpose of this role is to implement the regional education plans in local DMs ensuring that all programs of the La Prairie Retail Academy are rolled out in timely manner and that the entire local team is trained and coached on following the regional training and coaching plans. It is the responsibility of this role, through the local Retail & Training managers, to ensure the development and growth of the Beauty Advisors. The role also includes fostering a Retail mindset and Retail KPI based methodology through the CRM tool and the local Education & Retail manager to influence throughout the entire local organization. Thereby drive retail excellence and productivity by defining, follow up and maximize the retail performance targets through supporting local team in effective recruitment, management, training, development and administration of team of Beauty Advisors. 


 


Your Tasks:



  • Strategy & Roadmap

    • Responsible for ensuring implementation of the roadmap and strategy for the local Retail & Training teams, ensuring that regional guidelines are cascaded, well understood, considered and executed with perfection. 


  • Education

    • Collaborate with regional Education team to cascade training plans and forecasts and inputs into company re-forecasting processes using the latest market and retailer information available

    • Responsible for carrying out alternatively provide to for all necessary training of local Retail & Training managers  

    • Ensures the implementation of al the Retail Academy Modules and The Art of Beauty Protocols trainings are carried out accordingly to Regional guidelines

    • Follow up the upskilling of all beauty advisors by Identify skills gaps and future learning requirements

    • Collaborates closely with the regional education team to ensure regular feedback is provided

    • Responsible for delivering the Train the Trainer meeting, following the regional education plan

    • Make sure trainings and BA onboarding programs are updated at all times based on the regional training calendar.


  • Retail 

    • Based on Region and DM EA Retail targets define, monitor and follow up local Retail KPIs with local teams

    • During the iPPOS roll out phase execute training program for local managers & BAs in the DMs 

    • Ensure 100% compliance and accuracy of data input by local BA in iPPOS through training & coaching, follow up and supporting local teams 

    • Align all training and POS coaching activities to effectively impact the Regional Retail KPI’s

    • Lead the follow up and action plan main on Retail KPI’s and Training Skills (talent mapping)

    • Represent DM in the regional Retail & Education forums.


  • Coaching: “Manages” the local Retail and Education managers on coaching to ensure:

    • All doors are visited, and coaching is conducted on a regular basis

    • Setting consistent standards and expectations for local team’s visits and follow up 

    • POS Coaching plans are defined and implemented for each BA by local Retail & Education Manager 

    • Ensure the POS Coaching is conduct according to Regional guidelines in terms of methodology, timelines and follow-up 

    • Support where individuals require additional coaching, sets with the coaches a framework and follow up for this to happen.


  • Management

    • DM central team owner of the company’s database for employees (LMS) and make sure updated at all times based on input on input from local teams on BA 

    • Monthly reporting (KPI tracking) duly collected from all markets, analyzed and fed back to markets with appropriate action plans 

    • Where feasible to be involved in final sign off of local new Retail & Education / BA appointments.


  • Events/Presentations

    • Support local Retail & Education managers to conduct and implement presentations at PR, Store, Staff and client events, in essence being the brand expert for La Prairie to ensure perfect local execution of luxury strategy 

    • Support local Retail & Education managers to conduct perfectly executed local VIP events off / in store. Is a key figure of expert knowledge at to support VIP and press events 


  • Communication/Presentations

    • Support communication with Local and Regional teams as well as delivering any internal or external presentations within scope of responsibility.



 


Your Profile:



  • University Exam and / or BA degree or similar education 

  • Previous experience in a similar role managing a team of Trainers / Coaches / Retail Managers 

  • Previous experience working with a luxury brand

  • English fluent is a must any other language appreciated 

  • Highly proficient in the use of Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Tech savvy (CRM tools) 

  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices

  • Ability to build a vision 

  • Confidence in presenting to large numbers of people

  • Confidence in presenting to VIP’s

  • Ability to translate business priorities into a focused, simple and measurable training / coaching plan

  • Organisational skills

  • Ability to switch between top line details and getting in to the detail

  • Ambitious

  • Ability to identify performance improvement opportunities and develop solutions that will deliver the desired results through training and coaching programs

  • From time to time role require travel to markets, up to 50% of work time travel.
