Being a member of the Regulatory Affairs project management team, you will be responsible to manage together with a cross-functional and international team the execution of the Medical Device Regulation driven periodic updates for the T&E Trauma and Extremities product portfolio.   


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Responsible for developing schedules to ensure timely completion of the projects.


  • Record detailed requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables.


  • Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the project plan in order to align the stakeholders and team members.


  • Lead the identification, assessment, monitoring and closure of project risks throughout the project lifecycle.


  • Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized changes.


  • Responsible to improve team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and boost morale.


  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.



What are we looking for?



  • You have successfully completed a Bachelor or Master of Science or any related discipline.


  • You have 2+ years of relevant professional experience in project management


  • You are proficient in project management tools and techniques. Furthermore you have experience with the development of metrics-based reporting which is meaningful and actionable for internal stakeholders and management


  • Ideally you have very good experience in Power BI development.


  • Your profile is completed by excellent communication skills in English.


  • You enjoy working in an international and complex matrix-organization.
