We are looking for a Education Partner to work on our impactful and dynamic team. This Educational Partner will work closely with other Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Developers, Insights Partners and Product Owners to deliver products to our employees including the most senior leaders.
As an Education Partner, you will enhance capabilities in data, insights & technology across People and Culture. You will develop a strategy to improve data literacy and the adoption of People Insights solutions at the regional level and share those learnings globally. A strong candidate will build a broad understanding of customers and People Insights products and integrate this knowledge into a cohesive education strategy that is fit for purpose and measurable.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop education and adoption strategy to improve data literacy and use of People Insights solutions across the region
Design and implement strategy for measuring the effectiveness of education programs
Develop broad knowledge of all People Insights solutions to determine how training and education can be applied to increase customer satisfaction, usage, and impact
Leverage internal people/organizational development resources to drive growth of skills and capabilities
Partner with other stakeholders to share learnings and shape a global perspective, strategy, and content library
Desired Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:
Solid years of consulting or corporate work experience within global corporations focused on using data to uncover People Insights that drive action and communicating analyses to technical and non-technical audiences
Good knowledge of End-to-end P&C processes
Experience conducting trainings, preferably in relation to technology products, data, or statistics
Experience with project management, preferably in a technical and/or people context
Knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel) to understand customer activity
Ability to deeply understand customer needs as well as People Insights offerings and capabilities (e.g. data, infrastructure, team member competencies)
Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders
Adept at driving change in large, complex, matrixed, and global organizations
