Your ‘day to day’ As a Manager Planning & WOW you will supervise the WOW to be implemented, within the new organization at PMI Product, dedicated to support all projects. More specifically, you'll • Be Product Functions process owner of the development stage gate process (BLAST) • Work closely with Product functions PMO project managers defining standardized Ways of Working (WoW) and drive improvements of process tools, systems, reporting and governance • Coordinate cross-functionally demand and prioritization to ensure budget and resources are in place • Drive, pioneer and lead highly complex and strategic projects ensuring those are completed in a timely fashion, within the defined scope • Supervise multicultural and cross-functional project teams, as well as internal and external resources for the activities of each project. • Ensure data quality, focused governance, documentation and knowledge management, to increase performance and reducing failure risk • Act as a change agent to ensure the organization and project teams follow PBO principles. Identify improvement opportunities enhancing efficiency, planning time, workload and lead best-practice sharing between PMO functions. • Be part of Product Management Office and Product Category Management teams to drive strategies, reporting and cost management • Improve and influence the ways of working, foster a collaborative culture to influence positive e-NPS within Product organization and PMI Who we’re looking for • Master’s Degree, preferably in a technical or scientific academic field; MBA is an advantage • Substantial experience with innovation processes and project management within international companies; project management certification (PMP) is a plus • Confirmed experience in end to end, flexible and customer driven process improvement, in a business environment, collaborating cross-functionally • Demonstrate leadership abilities, supervising large teams and complex projects. Strong problem and conflicts solving skills, can-do attitude, attention to details/planning to prioritize and complete result on time, ensuring quality, in a fast paced environment • Sound communication, presentation, influencing skills to lead stakeholders with different seniority in the organization, including senior management • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
