Senior Client Experience Manager

Location: 

Volketswil, CH

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time Description: 

The Client Experience Manager drives the development of:



  1. Client Events (physical and digital)

  2. Campaign management

  3. Client Experience in store 


 


The Client Experience Manager will work under the supervision of the Global CRM Director.


 


Your Responsibilities:


 



  • Leading projects assigned by the Global CRM Director

  • Liaising with Comm PR in the concept design of the client events (physical and digital)

  • Drawing up detailed guidelines for the global concept of clients events to be executed

  • Leading client assets definition

  • Liaising with the Regions to cascade locally the global concept of clients events

  • Supervising the execution of regional/local client events; executing global client events

  • Collecting feedback and takeaways

  • Measuring ROI 

  • Suggesting proactively new campaigns design (product launches, tactic)

  • Drawing up detailed guidelines for the CRM campaign to be executed

  • Supervising Salesforce design of the client path

  • Supervising POS System tracking of the client path

  • Liaising with Client Experience team in the definition and execution of the Client experience project

  • Contributing client and business perspective to project teams

  • Supporting the spread of Retail Culture


 


 


Your Profile


 



  • 10 years of experience in a similar role in Hotellerie, Luxury, Event, Art

  • Creativity, capability to think out of the box

  • Client mindset

  • Luxury affinity, Obsession for details

  • Project management skills and attention to execution, enabling the events/campaigns concept to become reality 

  • Retail culture

  • Strong organization and communication skills

  • Team work skills

  • Fluent in English
