SENIOR Structurer

Leonteq is looking for a senior structurer to join its team in Zurich. This person will be responsible for the continued development of Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) as underlyings for its innovative range of investment solutions.

Your tasks & responsibilities

• Development of new, innovative QIS over all asset classes: Equity, Rates


• Development of internal systems for calculation, publication and risk management of QIS


• Marketing QIS to Leonteq clients, together with global sales teams


• Development of Governance Framework, to comply with international regulation


• Structuring and pricing of products with QIS underlyings

Our requirements

• Masters degree or equivalent in a quantitative subject (Pure Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Economics)


• At least 10 years professional experience in development of QIS in financial institutions, particularly in the early stages of the business


• Experience in regulatory projects relating to QIS in Europe and Switzerland


• Experience in client presentations / roadshows


• CFA candidate preferred


• Strong knowledge of structured products pricing and structuring


• Strong programming skills (python, vba)


• You know how to deliver working solutions in a short time-frame


• You are solution-driven, highly detail orientated and ability to work well with teams across the organisations


• Languages: English (Fluent), French would be a plus
