In order to reinforce our team in the German speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking for a Test Manager (all genders)

• Start date: February/March


• On site in Bern (during the Covid-19 remote is possible)


• Level: Professional

Tasks:

• Drawing up the test policy, strategy, plans, methods and processes considering norms and standards


• Deciding whether test activities should be outsourced (outsourcing/offshoring) Monitor and support possible outsourcing - Decide on general implementation of the test environment


• Define and assign test roles - Ensure all test activities (planning, design, Coordination and execution


• Establish and maintain an appropriate configuration management of the test assets to track the tests performed


• Estimate and budget the test efforts


• Introduce appropriate metrics to measure test progress and evaluate the quality of testing and the product


• Inform stakeholders about test progress and test completion reports based on information collected during testing


• Ensuring quality management within the testing process

Must have criteria:

• Language skills German: C1 Level


• Language skills French: B1 Level


• Language skills English: B2 Level


• IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering already successfully completed


• Hermes (Advanced Level) certification already successfully completed
