Job reference: WD-0003715 What's the role? Are you interested to learn about technology management, lean and smart factory in a global manufacturing organization? We have an open intern or master thesis position for students in Global Manufacturing in Schaan (Liechtenstein). Help us to build up our technology management for our plants in Liechtenstein, Germany, Mexico and China, deploy the strategy together with the plants and push overarching topics like operational excellence. We offer you to write the master thesis in this topic or do an internship for 6 months or more. In doing so, you do an important step to develop your personal career. Who is Hilti? What does the role involve? In Global Manufacturing, you will work on how to innovate in our global manufacturing organization and you will learn how to work with modern project management approaches (like scrum). Immerging in the implementation of the technology management system, you will contribute to improve our technology implementation process. You will have the opportunity to drive technology projects on your own. Therefore, you will work closely with international leaders and experts on a daily base. With your communicational and organizational skills, you will help us to coordinate our global technology management.

  • Bachelor's degree and currently studying in a master’s program with a technical or industrial engineering background

  • Excellent communication skills: fluent in English, German is beneficial

  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed

  • High commitment and self-responsibility
