We are looking for an outstanding finance manager, who is eager to take responsibility and strongly identifies with Redalpine’s high standards.
• You have a University degree in business administration with focus on financial management or an equivalent degree (e.g. federal diploma) in a relevant topic, such as accounting, corporate finance or auditing;
• You gained at least five years of experience in a similar position maintaining final responsibility for the financials, preferably but not necessarily in the fund industry;
• Fluency in German and English is required;
• You have a thorough understanding of independent and highly accurate working standards and want to go the extra-mile for your projects;
• You strive for excellence and have a strong motivation to continuously add value to a growing company;
• You have a solution-oriented, proactive and highly reliable personality with an assertive and hands-on mentality;
• You are a fast learner and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment with ever evolving standards and requirements;
• You are resilient and have a structured working approach, so that you are able to keep the overview and set priorities correctly;
• You are a team player, willing to take full ownership in challenging situations and execute proactively towards a common goal.
