As Junior Legal Counsel | Corporate & Commercial, you will support the business on a variety of legal matters. Your role involves:

• Providing legal and project management support in corporate and financial transactions and projects, corporate structuring, and other projects with legal implications;


• Offering legal support to the Legal team, including corporate and employment law matters and other projects with legal implications;


• Contract Management:
  
  
  
  • Drafting and reviewing different types of contracts;
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Ensuring that agreements comply with the applicable laws and regulations;
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Aligning agreements with external and internal guidelines, policies and procedures;
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Keeping the company’s contract database up to date;
  
  


• Providing legal support related to public tenders;


• Running research and providing general legal advice on commercial and healthcare laws and on other legal inquiries, such as data protection and privacy laws, IP/IT laws and competition law;


• Assisting the Legal team in day-to-day matters.
