SCHURTER Group, a worldwide leading company as innovator and producer of passive and active electronic components, is looking for a Head Process Engineer EMC (w/m) in order to empower and increase the development of the organization.

Your challenges

• Promote, innovate, develop and implement automated assembly processes


• Development, implementation and improvement of processes considering standardization and digitalization


• Continuous improvement of series production focusing on quality and cost reduction according to Lean production principles


• Coordination with external production sites for transfer of assembly processes and set up of new produc-tion lines


• Lead and development of the Process Engineering team

Your qualification

• Technical experience in automated manufacturing processes


• Knowledge of process modelling, simulation and quality analysis


• Experience in electrical and mechanical products manufacturing


• Excellent skills of problem solving


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Good knowledge of Italian and English (German is a plus)
