Power Tools Accessories is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.


Job Description



  • Responsible for revenue, budgets & EBIT in the region

  • Development of the regional sales strategy and implementation in Country Sales Organisations in alignment with the Marketing Board

  • Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, cost targets, customer and logistic service levels within agreed budget framework

  • Responsible for sales forecast planning, increasing numeric & weighted distribution, growth plans, new business models & efficiency gains

  • Key person for the relationship management with the customers’ top executives (regular customer visits)

  • Guiding, coaching and development of  the Sales teams in the respective region


Qualifications



  • Master degree in Business Administration

  • Proven track record in Sales & Marketing Management with >15 years of experience

  • Project Management experience

  • Many years of experience within a complex and global Marketing & Sales organization, ideally within the Bosch Group

  • Proven track record leading an international and cross-functional team

  • Deep knowledge of the power tools accessories markets and product portfolio

  • Passionate and positive leader, role model and coach

  • Several years of experience in a multi-cultural environment, ideally international assignments in different cultural environments

  • Independent, self-motivated, assertive and empathic personality with a high entrepreneurial mindset

  • Very strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills

  • Profound strategic and analytical skills

  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
