Portfolio Project Manager (six-month contract)

Our brand new E-Manor team is launching a marketplace as part of its digital commerce strategy and is now looking for a Portfolio Project Manager who will drive various kind of projects with an aim to create a state-of-the-art e-commerce platform and a better customer experience.

• You will monitor and report the performance of partners


• You will provide recommendations and execute strategies for improvement


• You will keep pace with eCommerce industry trends and developments


• You will be a single point of contact for inquiries related to partners


• You will initiate new projects related to the optimization of the customer experience


• You will write high-level requirements


• You will define and document new or existing processes


• You will communicate to the team and management on project development, timelines, and results

• You have a BS / BA degree in Business Administration or Business Information Technology


• You can prove previous working experience as a project manager in an eCommerce environment 


• You have proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.


• You have experience with website analysis using analytics tools including


• Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.


• You are familiar with requirements and specifications.


• You have experience with agile project management methods like Scrum


• You have experience with Hybris or other eCommerce systems


• You are fluent in English and German, French is a plus
