Your tasks

• You will work in challenging and fast-paced digital transformation programs.


• You will consult our clients on their digital strategy and delivery, customer strategy, customer experience design, journey design, operational effectiveness, innovation and product / proposition design​


• You acquire a broad range of technical and soft skills through on the job and off the job trainings.​


• You will work in an agile project environment.


• You will be designing and running virtual workshops for our clients using state-of-the art facilitation tools


• You will be part of a growing, dynamic team combining cross functional digital and industry expertise.

Your profile

• You have a degree (bachelor / master / diploma) preferred in business, IT, engineering or business information systems or digital discipline and 2 years (or more) of experience in digital, strategy and/or innovation projects​.


• You have experience in user-centric design, Agile / Scrum (SAFe), Digital Analytics and Program Management​.


• You have gained exposure to advanced digital technologies in the areas of artificial intelligence, blockchain, AR/VR, cybersecurity or data privacy and their use cases in pharma & life sciences.


• You have experience across digital strategy and delivery, customer strategy, customer and market analysis, customer experience design, journey design, operational effectiveness, innovation and product / proposition design.​

• You have direct experience in the setup and facilitation of virtual workshops and related tools e.g. Mural, JamBoards, Miro​.


• You build a good understanding of your customers and their ecosystem to identify and implement digital solutions and business models. This includes the needs analysis, agile development and validation of business ideas according to Design Thinking and Lean Startup​.


• You are fluent in English (both spoken and written). German and French is a plus​.


• Your work location will be in Zurich or Basel however you are open to travelling in Switzerland and/or abroad.
