Your tasks

• You lead projects and project streams / Engagement Management


• You support leading FS (Asset Management, wealth management, private banking, etc.) clients in their transformations on cutting edge topics in cross-functional and front-to-back, international settings


• You work on topics such as, Business models definitions and target operating models, E2E process design and implementation, Finance, data and regulatory transformation, Data Management and Data transformation


• You have interest in Digital Transformation, CryptoCurrency, Blockchain for Financial Services


• You work in an inspiring team in an international network in a fast-paced, dynamic environment leveraging Agile methodologies


• You grow your own way with a steep learning curve and regular feedback on the job, and excellent training opportunities


• You drive business development within the Financial Services Market (whitepapers, service offering etc.)


• You lead proposal/RfP work

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree with above average results, 


• You have a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting and/or financial services


• You are business fluent in English, German and/or French of advantage


• You have strong analytical skills and outstanding conceptional thinking


• You have strong MS excel skills and ideally VBA experience


• You have data management / data lineage experience and Asset Management know how


• You can connect the dots and see the big picture


• You are a fast-thinking, results-oriented people person, teamplayer


• You are confident, proactive, and have the ability to excel under pressure


• You are committed, have strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality


• You want to constantly grow and develop


• You have Knowledge of the financial services industry, experience in consulting or within financial services is advantageous, but not a must


• You have management and leadership experience
