Success Factors System Admin


 


What you will do


In this important role within our HR department you support and further develop the usage, implementation and maintenance of our existing Success Factor modules to the highest standards. You are the go-to-person for  Success Factors related topics for our global HR colleagues and the line managers and will work closely with our Senior HR IS Analyst and the HR services team.  


 


Responsibilities will include



  • Support the HR organization in all SuccessFactors related questions and implementations

  • Participate in training and other events in order to be up to date with latest evolutions.

  • Consult with functional groups to communicate and clearly define business needs and ensure product and services are aligned with business needs

  • Deliver new or modified software system enhancements and/or integration solutions.

  • Responsible for reporting and supporting the design and development of SuccessFactors

  • Plan, track/document results, and to make recommendations to IS and business unit management accordingly

  • Create, modify and maintain the process


 


What you bring along



  • BA in business, psychology or HR management or equivalent work experience

  • Good user knowledge of SAP-R/3 HR and Success Factors

  • Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1) and German (any other language would be an advantage)

  • Curiosity, courage, enthusiasm and a pronounced service orientation
