About the opportunity

Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this position, you'll have a major impact on the customer journey for both Au Pairs and the Host Families as you help us re-imagine the way they connect, match, and build a relationship.

As part of this truly global team, you’ll work out of our Zurich office but interface regularly with our team in Boston, USA.

About you

• A true passion for excellence and high quality in your work


• Organized, detail-oriented, thorough, and follow through on commitments


• High level of curiosity, keeping abreast of the latest technologies


• Strong communication skills, both oral and written in English, especially in communication with non-technical colleagues

Responsibilities

• Full-stack development on the Salesforce platform (Lightning Web Components, Aura, Sales Cloud)


• Drive adoption of coding best practices and unit testing


• Contribute to and maintain our continuous delivery pipelines


• Work closely with other developers and analysts to serve our staff


• Analyze potential hazards and complexities in the system
