What you achieve

Swisscom offers a comprehensive set of capabilities on Microsoft Cloud Services and adds to these solutions additional ones such as Modern Managed Workplace, Enterprise Voice, Connectivity, hybrid architectures and many others, all tailored to our customer needs. With your technical know-how, your communication skills and your positive personality, you'll work on one side with our Account Management teams to build long-term, trusted advisor status and discover client needs, and on the other with our Solutions Sales shaping new exciting solutions to win bids using your excellent writing and presentation skills. You know and are always up to date on Microsoft Azure and Modern Work Solutions. Your knowledge of other ICT domain such as security, network, connectivity, and datacenter will benefit you. With your talent for presentations and your ability to speak to decision-makers, you convince your audience. With your expertise, you can help our Product Managers developing new and innovative services.

Why you succeed



  • Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in engineering

  • Several years of experience as a Microsoft Solution Architect

  • In-depth experience with presales processes

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Azure and other ICT domains like security, network, connectivity, and datacenters

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, ability to make complex technical architectures easy to understand

  • Skilled communicator, experienced at talking to decision-makers, able to design and answer complex tenders (RFI/RFP)

  • Positive personality with a business mindset and a commercial attitude

  • Very good French and English
